Product Application of Hydramethylnon CAS#67485-29-4
Hydramethylnon is a slow-acting insecticidal active ingredient designed for selective pest control in both agricultural and residential scenarios. It is widely formulated into bait products to target Formicidae species, including Camponotus, Iridomyrmex, Monomorium, Solenopsis, Pogomyrmex and Pheidole megacephala. This ingredient also delivers effective control against Blattellidae, covering Blatta, Blattella, Periplaneta and Supella species. Thanks to its slow-action mode, worker ants can carry the active ingredient back to the colony, transferring the toxin throughout the nest and eventually eliminating the queen and the whole ant population. It is commonly quoted in RFQ inquiries from pesticide formulators and pest control enterprises for bait development projects.
