Application Scenarios
Electroless Nickel Plating (Core Application)
It acts as the key reducing agent for electroless nickel-phosphorus plating. Without external power supply, it helps form dense, uniform, wear-resistant and anti-corrosion Ni-P alloy coating on metal, plastic, ceramic and glass substrates. Widely used in automotive parts, electronic components, aerospace accessories, oil pipeline fittings, mould and precision hardware. It is suitable for complex shapes, deep holes and inner surfaces which traditional electroplating cannot cover evenly.
Fine Chemical & Pharmaceutical Synthesis
Used as mild reducing agent and reaction intermediate in organic synthesis and pharmaceutical manufacturing. It assists reduction reactions without introducing excessive harmful by-products, fit for the production of phosphorus-containing fine chemicals and pharmaceutical raw materials.
Industrial Water Treatment & Antioxidant
Applied as antioxidant, stabilizer and auxiliary reducing agent for circulating cooling water and boiler water. It can inhibit oxidation degradation of organic additives and assist reduction treatment of heavy metal wastewater.
Textile & Other Industries
Used as bleaching agent, decolorizing stabilizer for textile finishing. It also serves as laboratory analytical reagent for detection of arsenic and iodate ions.
Packaging, Shipment & Storage
Packaging
Standard packing: 25kg woven bag with inner PE liner. Custom packing such as 1000kg IBC tote is available upon special request. Each bag is marked with product name, CAS number, batch number, net weight and production date.
Transportation
This product is non-dangerous goods for sea, land and air transport under IMDG, ADR and IATA rules. We arrange FCL shipment, provide full set of shipping documents including commercial invoice, packing list, COA, SDS, and CCIC inspection certificate if required. We can support FOB, CIF, CFR and FCA trade terms as your demand.
Storage Requirements
Store in dry, cool and ventilated warehouse. Keep packages tightly sealed to avoid moisture absorption. Keep away from strong oxidants, acids and direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature below 25℃. Avoid long-term stacking in high humidity environment to prevent caking.
Quality Control & Documentation Support
Every batch is tested before delivery in our internal lab. We provide official COA (Certificate of Analysis) to confirm purity, moisture, pH, heavy metal and insoluble matter. SDS/MSDS file is available for safety guidance. Third-party inspection such as CCIC can be arranged before loading as requested. We maintain stable production schedule to guarantee the same quality specification across consecutive batches.
After-sales Service
We provide continuous technical and commercial support after shipment. Our team can share usage guidance for electroless nickel bath formulation and common troubleshooting. If quality discrepancy occurs within the agreed inspection period, you can provide test evidence and we will follow the contract to negotiate reasonable solutions. Our after-sales response is available throughout your order cycle; payment completion will not terminate our technical support. We focus on long-term partnership rather than one-time transaction.
Customer Cases
We have supplied sodium hypophosphite to plating factories, chemical distributors and water treatment manufacturers from Middle East, Southeast Asia and Latin America. Many long-term clients purchase by full container regularly for their local electroless plating market. Several partners are discussing regional exclusive agency cooperation with us for steady local distribution. We understand regional import regulation differences and prepare document packages matching local customs clearance requirements.
FAQ
Q1: What is the main grade you supply?
A1: We mainly supply 98% reagent/industrial grade white crystalline powder, anhydrous type. Custom grade specification can be negotiated for large recurring orders.
Q2: Can we order LCL instead of FCL?
A2: Our standard MOQ is 1 FCL for competitive unit price and stable supply. LCL order is only acceptable under special negotiated terms.
Q3: Is this product hazardous cargo?
A3: It is classified as non-dangerous goods for normal international shipping, but still needs standard chemical operation and personal protection during handling.
Q4: How long is shelf life?
A4: 24 months under proper sealed dry storage. Please check caking condition before use once package is opened.
Q5: What documents can you provide for customs clearance?
A5: COA, SDS, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and CCIC inspection report on request.
