10,10‑Oxybisphenoxarsine (also referred to as oxidiphenoxarsine) is an organoarsenic compound. Under normal ambient conditions, it occurs as colourless crystalline solid; under certain thermal processing conditions, it may transform into a dense yellow liquid. It delivers reliable biocidal performance and thermal stability, widely adopted as industrial biocide, fungicide and mildew inhibitor for polymer materials, coatings and rubber systems.

Molecular Weight: 502.23 g/mol

Boiling Point: 233 °C

Melting / Freezing Point: 185 °C

Decomposition Temperature: 380 °C

It keeps stable molecular structure under regular manufacturing‑process temperatures. Thermal decomposition will take place once temperature goes above 380 °C, which allows it to withstand common high‑temperature compounding and extrusion procedures for plastics and elastomers.

Flash Point: <32 °C

NFPA‑704M Hazard Classification:

Health: 1, Flammability: 0, Reactivity: 1

Low flammability under standard storage and handling. Chemical reactivity remains stable in normal transport and working environments, with manageable hazard risks when following standard industrial operation guidelines.

Solubility: Practically insoluble in water.

Poor water solubility minimizes leaching risk from finished products. It exhibits good miscibility with various organic solvents and resin matrices, enabling homogeneous dispersion within plastics, paints, rubber and other substrates to provide long‑term anti‑mold, anti‑bacterial and anti‑algae protection for end‑use articles.
